As a freelance designer I have tried many different vendors and portfolio sites. The ones listed below are the ones that have endured because of their professionalism and the quality of their products.

Patternbank

This is probably the largest marketplace in the world for ready to use patterns and placement prints. You can browse and buy designs 24-hours a day, 365 days a year – wherever you are in the world. Patternbank sells designs in several license formats – whether it’s for personal or commercial use. Membership is completely free and easy to sign up to and buying designs is straightforward. All payments and file downloads are completed within the Patternbank platform.

Spoonflower

This is an online wallpaper, home decor and fabric marketplace featuring print-on-demand products sustainably printed with designs created by independent artists.

I love their company ethos. They state that their mission is to introduce the world to a better way to buy fabric and textiles. Sustainability is at the heart of what they do. This is a great company to deal with, both as a customer and as an artist.

This is an online print on demand marketplace with artwork from independent artists featured on wall art, home decor and many other products.

With print on demand, products are produced on an as-needed basis, which reduces the amount of water and energy required for production and transportation. It also reduces the amont of material that goes to landfill simply because of unwanted stock.
